Wasabi Energy (WAS) will hold 18.6% of AVA if shareholders approve its buyout of Xtract's AVA shares (12.3m shares). The deal also includes technology transfer to WAS, and Xtract will own 40% of WAS's expanded shares (new share issue and options to be offered by WAS as part of the deal). WAS's $ stake in AVA has already grown some in recent times. Xtract's "advanced research" project may be of interest to AVA?
