Kori, you point out, correctly, that SGI's Bod sold out their shareholders ...... for the personal gain of those directors. Do you think that shareholders in SGI are likely to vote YES, ....yes, we like being misled, lied to and finally undermined by those we paid to run our company ?
Now that SGI has won the latest legal case, subject to appeals etc, other gold companies, who have been watching from the sidelines, have a much more tempting morsel to bid for.........with the knowledge that SGI's bod owns virtually no shares and that shareholders are furious with bod and with current deal.
The current offer from CYL will not survive.....either they up it, or see another miner take the prize.
