Bruce and ccp smelled this wasc ruling coming explaing why they gave up so quick on the nice lifestyle gig they had, accepting illiquid decrispy paper in payment, paper that already lost -30% of it value duing a gold bull market. When doing due dilligence Decrispy should have contacted Pulpcutter for an opinion on Vango prior to plopping aud66mm on table for it. Decrispy also should not have used vango attorney for merger with vango. Had decrispy follow pulpcutter advice and got a better lawyer, millions in Catalyst market gl cap would have been saved just in last few weeks
