    Just wondering why this would be a cheap takeover, BV Mining Holding LTD, RDIF Investment management (Russian investors) fully behind this, as is Bruce Gray, Paul Little. Bruce Gray has put plenty of his own money into TIG

    Top 20 hold 95.2% , limited shares left for the rest of us..
