Surprise surprise! The market decides the SP NOT management.
Given the record "the market" has at pricing SP fairly, (dot com bubble etc) it may be argued that the market doesn't always get it right. Look at the negative yields on some bonds
which guarantee you less money back than you invest, priced by, you guessed it, the market.
Gold is manipulated (just like LIBOR, and silver) which in turn affects the SP of gold stocks, well beyond management's control.
For those who doubt gold price manipulation, try Le Metropole Cafe. They have a free trial, and educate yourselves.
Those who seek to keep a lid on the gold price, also short gold miners.
Historically, all efforts to manipulate prices have always ended in tears for the manipulators.
We are approaching a breakout of gold price IMHO which will propel gold miners' SP north on a hockey stick type graph. Last mania market in gold saw some producers' shares go up 13,000%. Don't be surprised if that 123,000% figure is dwarfed this time round, and FML shares are multiple $$ each without a share consolidation,
Lastly, since you are apparently unhappy with management's
"management" of our SP, perhaps you can point them in the right direction with some sage advice.
