The best buy signal I have noted over the years is when the conman comes back on this site and starts posting. It's usually with what is seemingly a bit of inside information and usually, one would suspect, as he gears up to offload some of his holding in the run up.

I'd stay clear of things for a while until the conman reappears. Usually means something is in the wind and another potential run up is in the offering. Then sell leading into or immediately post announcement and watch it drift back down again.

Rinse and repeat.
