waste heat

There was some discussion of waste heat earlier. I understand that in the current circulation test the heat is extracted using the installed cooling tower. How much waste heat is there going to be in a production system? Waste heat is bad - we need as much heat as possible turned into electricity.

In production it seems to me it would be possible to make the heat extracted work through a series if piggyback, closed loop, refrigerant driven generating systems. These would use different refrigerants to progressively extract heat at lower and lower temperatures. The amount of final heat wasted would then just be a function of economics and "eco-responsibility".

I would suspect in a well designed system you would pick up the capital expenditure on such a "multi generator" system by the increased efficiency of each step being precisely engineered to work in an optimum range.
