I am very concerned about the following quote from a recent article posted here:

As of yesterday, local regulators Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB) said that it has received the waste management plan but has yet to analyse it.
“I do not consider it submitted until we make sure it is in accordance with international standards,” AELB director-general Raja Datuk Abdul Aziz Raja Adnan was quoted as saying.

This is ridiculous. What international standards are they on about? Does teh report have a properly formatting issue on the contents page?
How long do they plan to delay this? It makes me very angry that they are being so unreasonable. Basically, anything Lynas does, is thrown back at them with lies....
