Injunction against what exactly?
Malaysia is sitting on a FDI +$1Bn that has operated safely for 6 years, well within the terms of its license as witnessed publicly by five Dept heads, and the new Minister has stated several times on social media she wants to make changes to the license, WLP treatment particularly in conflict with review committee recommendation and UN best practice.
So what is to be served up as evidence to support said injunction, a Twit or two?
Lack of formal communication from new Govt and its minister is simply appalling, and will not be passing unnoticed by current & potential FDI.
Injunction against what exactly? Malaysia is sitting on a FDI...
