Well, I don't think we will see any supply and/ or offtake agreements this week. My interpretation is that it was all pushed back a 3-4 weeks.
(1) Surely FEED documents are needed before they can secure (2) supply and offtake agreements which, in turn, are needed before they can (3) raise additional funds to commence construction.
(2) & (3) will occur in concert with each other. Each subject to the other.
