Yes, but after the chinese helping hand it became obvious, what is the real worth of Lynas business model. I doubt if there would have otherwise been enough money to be found elsewhere. If one is willing to pay huge amount of money you will find probably much easier another one for that. That was what happened. Check NR 2009/2010.
