wasting my time?

Anyone else got some thoughts on this one. I hold quite a few (still in the black though) & seriously wonder if its got any potential.

Irony is that it is making a profit but market sentiment (mainly directed at management) is that poor that it keeps it in the dog house.

Can anyone shed any light on ASC's attempts to try and get legislation changed so small illegal operators can not sell X rated material. This would have a huge upside effect on ASC I would have thought if passed. I know that Malcom Day sent a letter to shareholders to whip up support & write to the Gov. When is this supposed to be presented/debated/voted?

Have they got their cc processing totally fixed?
What will they do with the money in the bank, will they ever pay a divend so a positive sentiment will return?

Any thoughts welcomed.
