Hi Holy, well my opinion is less than flattering concerning the price of the placement at 55cents. I'm just reading the note from my broker commending the placement. The comment on price is very interesting "attractively priced 23.6% discount to last close, 12.5% discount to 20 day VWAP (average price over that time)!! When you read these numbers you really do have to wonder what was management thinking, its obvious with the rises ESG were experiencing they could and should have done better. Big disappointment they didn't add their loyal shareholders in as well and get everyone on side. Disappointing actually, I thought they were better than this.
