I would have to say that yes, the management are the only issue I see in this company. Not that they are bad. They seem to have set this up for success and are doing a decent job so far, but the bonuses they will end up getting seems like it's them first, shareholders second. Personally, I am a bit worried about further dilution and money going straight to them. There is still plenty of money to be made in this though, IMO.
The registry is very tightly held. Top 20 hold aprrox. 80-85% of shares also.
