That wall of traders bidding at .001 may miss out if there is a sudden trading halt followed by an announcement. I expect they are fully prepared to take that possible risk.
It will be interesting to see an announcement come out, watching the .002 line disappear and the punters shelling out .003 cents. Wonder if events will unfold that way.....
