So, if resolution 7 is not carried at the AGM, will this recent placement be sufficient to give BRO some breathing space?

The positive aspects (i.e. dilution and capital raising) of the recent placement can be measured as follows:

Assume resolution 7 was carried and the avg closing sp over the next 3 months is .05 cents. SPP/placement(s) would more than likely be issued @ .04 cents. (20% discounted)

The recent placement is therefore equivalent to 200m shares or 1/3rd of the total proposed issue.
