Agreed thay are in a better position than some due to cash in hand. Raising cash right now is a hard ask.

If WMT spend their cash on a project then regardless of the value of the purchase they lose that favoured position and become vulnerable just like those who currently have a poor cash position.

If they have some good news then the position might change but I am not aware of anything that is due to be released.
