    With the action on LLC and the fact that Barangaroo is being assessed by the market for LLC shares as being in jeopardy at least on project timings, EGP seems set for more years having a Star City monopoly than the SP dictates. All the bowling clubs and pokie clubs are going broke in New South Wales apparently, good for EGP forecast earnings.
    All IMHO but pls DYOR.
