well i think its a bit of tug of war at the moment.... tightly held shares so there's not much chance that the sp going to dip down to 5 cents to match the offer because people are wanting to buy so they can get the shares cheap.
i am interested why they made the offer so cheap.... maybe as a bit of a sweetener for long-term investors..
