Looks like this company going backwards- shareholders vote for sell off assets and return of capital at next meeting. Wind up company ,at least we might see double the 10 cents the company is presently trading at. A proposed capital raising to buy another companies assets looks dodgy ,will most likely lose everything if they have a lot of debt thrown in. Lost confidence in this one, but will not sell at present market valuation.
