Win or lose,that is the question. Fundamentaly with this proposed recapitalization we see about 27 cents of equity being diluted to around 10 cents. Management like this idea,you have to wonder what is in it for them. ,We know the new proposed management will make a killing and enrich themselves at Folkestone shareholders expense [Bond and Skase would be proud]. DONT LET THEM IN - VOTE NO! Get lost to the greedy dogs. Anyway will not be riding this one ,sold out and put my losses on BLT -see how we go.
