There is no question in my mind that the new share holders are in here because they can see the extreme value being offered and want to profit from it.

Somewhat equivocal on whether ultimately a good deal, all depends on price and how the market sees any aquisition. But given the way the market works short term there is benefit of these guys being on board, only question is how much of the long term value they extract for themselves for our short term gain. Jury still out for me.
