must be hard knowing that it shouldn't be up but keeps defying thought. Markets look ahead, not behind. Forward boys, look forward. Don't keep looking back. Any commercial realestate issues will be nothing but ripples, not one big hit. And then they will be bought by GMG, cashed up and ready to expand.
