guess the oversea's buyers are in ,who do not have the chance to paticipate the capital raising.
maybe hedge funds etc.
GPT's commercial assets are great different form GMG's industrial esstes and less quality. but higher Sp.
GMG's management fee and development income will surge when things are calm down. it is a great potential.
