Don't get me wrong, I am very impressed with what this being absorbed by the market on the buy side. And, yes, the crosses are pre-arranged. Of course, Ospraie doesn't just sell 2.0 million shares as all or none hoping for a buyer - buyers have been arranged, and it appears that up until now, there are a few large buyers more than happy to take their shares of their hands. Most encouraging, is Ospraie is not selling because they don't see value in OGC, they are selling because they need the funds for distributions - they aren't selling cause they want to.
