I made the forecast three months ago that it would take three months which I have repeated over the past month with my latest last night.
Oil is set to breach price levels factored by oil companies for this time of the year. Oil is set for a big hike. It may begin next week but won't take more than 21 days from yesterday to reach it highs.
I would not invest necessarily in oil production companies or explorers but in oil futures or in the physical if you are into that.
