Did you hear what the cause was for so many warranty claims from the Company in China? It appears to have cost ACE a bit of money.
Has the problem been sorted out? My concern is if it affects the reputation of ACE no matter where the problem was - eg. a part problem (ACE) or an installation or maintenance problem (the other Company).
