It will be interesting to see what the board are truly capable of when it comes to saving their own hides, as opposed to developing a respectable CSG company. We shareholders may see initiative that we never dreamed possible from RJ and co!

Can't say that I am optimistic about the idea of ICN's progress being 'conspicuous by its absence', i.e. no public news on anything of value means that they've been busily working on backroom financing deals with their "valuable" Chinese connections, but if there's ever been incentive to be ready for a potentially hostile takeover (at some stage), then it's certainly now.

It will be difficult given that the only tenements and upcoming drilling schedules of value are pretty much sewn up by BPT, and BPT certainly won't be working hard to demonstrate the value of ICN's 40% share of 855 shale when they obviously want it for themselves as cheaply as possible.
