...which will be immediately sold to a trade agent if you are a foreign investor without a Adress in Australia or New Zealand ( so the new company wont be listed anywhere else ?? ) I just read that and almost can not believe it .. does it mean that all „foreign held shares“ will be sold on the first trading day of new shares ? As a foreigner should I bail before that all happens ? And how can this be legal ? Im sure someone in control with a lot of money will use it for their advantage. And the patient foreign investor that invested in the rare earth project a decade ago..will be loosing his engagement on the first day of trading.
