As another long term "foreign" holder (ALKEF) who bought for the rare earths potential of ALKANE, I'm disappointed to not be able to participate in ASM. However, my big question is (and I've emailed the company three times and phoned once without response), will I still own ALKEF shares in ALKANE, after the de-merger?
