A 1 for 5 distribution to existing SHs implies a valuation for ASM of ~$80M.... Personally l can't see ALK losing 20% of its MC after the demerger... can see an initial drop in the SP of ASM when it lists but $20M in the bank and no debt should see it hold a decent price. All up a nice windfall for holders on it's way.... imo.
