The company's financials also bring up red flags at first glance: very low interest cover, inconsistent operating cashflows, accounting practices that are not simple compared to other companies (forced by GAAP mind you!), repeated capital raisings.
But that's the opportunity....when harvesting really gathers momentum in a few years then TFC will become a 'conventional' portfolio stock
