HC simply seeks to neutralise much of the negative press/sentiment that has been overwelming in the last few months.
Appreciate your attempts to perhaps balance the argument
but please do not ignore the basic and fundamental truths that belong in this scenario
i.e Centro is currently trading at basically the wrong price and it is taking the market a while to acknowledge this for all sorts of specious reasons
that's my take anyway
