Whn has been on a steady rise since late june..
We r at a point of significance..WHN "MUST" get over .04 for a run to occur..the longer it sits under .04 the weaker the stock becomes..
But in saying that..whn has all the hallmarks of breaking out... i am assuming news will fuel the rise...
Yesterdays action was positive... relative to the previous day.. yesterdays volume is acting in accordance to what usually happens when a stock is set to break through a resistance level...
BUT once again .. anything under .04 risks remain...
To conclude a close above .039 would be a huge plus ..we await..
