Ellipses can move to the upside mainly on short term ellipse's and you can predict which one's will, but we are using much larger time frames here. But its well known I can be wrong... I havn't mastered what I want to master yet.... but lets see how this latest test run goes.
Its true that August & June is a unusual time frame, but not all bottoms happen in October either. But that fibonacci spirl you know about suggests a bloody October this year.
