well as a long term consumer and shopper think im more than qualified to assess what changes need to happen see previous posts for ideas.
the old myr is out of touch with how consumers shop these days.
older customers like to go instore touch and feel and those with the disposable income the young are more accustomed to online experience thats where the future is not big box dept storee with high rents and others costings & trying to do business like it was 50yrs ago
people are buying online the instore price should be the cheaper than online but offer free delivery for those buying online so as to create foot traffic if they want to keep their current old business model which i think is dead
myer fully online is the future with reduced store and reduced products and some tablets in store so customers can order online signed up to myr one as well
