rental contracts and the current depressed operating conditions of low wage growth poor sales and o/seas competition via other stores/brands and more established online presence
this shld hold bk any big t/o premium/mutiple.
might be case some parties interested in different parts of the business not whole lot.
imo long term future value is in online business and enhancing the myr brand via online channels
with a vastly reduced store footprint and headcount all levels
sales and distribution will have to be fully automated start to finish
