As a pro-T/O bid argument, most synergies would be immediate,relatively low-cost & organic.That is to say, Premier is afyer all Myer's second largest supplier. It's initial substantial foray onto the SH register cost circa $101 mill, now valued @ $40 mill-ish.
Naturally if PMV was to mount a T/O bid, we'd require another well-heeled entity to present to add price tension?? Best
