We could be close to an Announcement that the Phase II trial has been completed.

A report is due in Nov, some 2 months or so away.

Depending on the results there could be some interaction with the FDA who consider Obesity as one of their top priority items.

I won't allude to any outcomes of any discussions but the results have to be good before any concessions by the FDA can be made.

So, summing up, there are 3 items to consider:
1. The quality of the results.
2. Any FDA reaction.
3. Any discussions with a Pharma before or after the results are published.
