Once they take over lastminute.com PLC they own 25% of lastminute.com.au, TVL owns the rest. This occurs in July.
Sabre can then buy out lastminute.com.au 75% from TVL on ecommerce multiples. Or it will keep it?
But Sabre owns zuji.com.au in Australia so its a bit weird them owning a bit of lastminute.com.au and zuji.com.au as well? Also it may probably would be cheaper to take over TVL at 40-50c then buy out lastminute.com.au from TVL?
Otherwise HWT has WEB, will FLT go for TVL and get 2 brand names?
