watch the close

Check out the buy depth looking very strong....Most other reits have run extremely hard mdt,vpg,tso,cer,aez....all putting on 30% plus gains easily on a daily basis.

This stock has not really participated. Look for an increase in volume and a close at 36 or above.

Could be getting ready to move stochastics have turned up.
If this starts to run it will get to 43-44 cents easily.
