jesimore I wouldn't worry too much about the Bronzewing production being below 10,000oz in January, it is common during the ramp up phase for production to vary month to month due to mine development work and ore scheduling as the company has said. For all we know they are going to produce between 9,000 and 10,000 oz's meaning they won't have to catch up too much, and as has been proven in December they produced over the 10,000 oz mark.
It looks like VRE have spent a lot of January on mine development work meaning more ore will be available for production over the coming months, hence the company's expectation of higher production. Also don't forget that VRE has stated production costs have been falling and will fall further as the higher development costs have now been completed.
With a rampant gold price and positive market sentiment it should be very positive for VRE going forward.
