I really can't see the company paying dividends as early as next year. Wouldn't paying down debt be a higher priority. Is there a source associated with this suggestion?

As to a dividend as high as 3c I think that's even less likely. That would be $18 million dollars. And that's not including if you mean to say a franked dividend.

Not trying to burst the bubble, but it seems a little unrealistic to me at this stage, and I'd assume the company has lots of ideas on how better to spend cash to increase shareholder value.
