    I think the property market will implode.

    Panic will set in very quickly.

    Clearance rates will be worth watching.

    Supply will swamp demand.

    Also keep an eye on the shopping malls.

    I expect a mass of shops to close their doors over the next month or two.

    Spending will be stopped dead in its tracks.
