I looked at Woodridge not long ago. Loganlea station has trains running express to the city, only 'Brisbane' stop next to Altandi that does this.
Decided to buy at Kuraby though, barely more expensive, high rental demand (strong muslim pop. around mosque and school). Council infrastructure plans point to road improvements on and between Beenleigh and Compton, increased bus services etc.
