I heard on tv. news this morning that Woodridge was one area for great growth , and prices there are cheap ! I.E. two to three hundred thousand! Other areas such as Eagleby , Bethania, Beenleigh have similar prices and are on the rail link !to bris and gold coast !! Imo these are incredibly ! under priced bargains ! Watch them go now! A 250.ooo dollar house can be rented fpr 350 Per week giving much higher returns than the city! And units range from 70000 to 200.000$!
