Hi Bukka,

As per the CR disclosure "The Shares issued under the T1 Offer and the T2 Offer will be made prior to the record date for
the Entitlement Offer. Therefore, participants in the T1 and T2 Offer will be entitled to participate in the Entitlement Offer."

I did not attend the general meeting, so have no idea if this was discussed in further detail?

My opinion from the above disclosure was that the sophisticated investors that invested in T1 and T2 offer, will have first preference to participate in the Entitlement offer.
