First part I agree with with Tazman but the last paragraph I dont.
I didnt attend the meeting either however its clear to me that ALL shareholders will equally be entitled to the offer.
T1 and T2 have already been looked after and have the further ability to participate in in the Entitlement Offer.
The Entitlement Offer is The Boards way of giving the rest of us almost the same opportunity.
