Fair enough mate, as you know I have been busy with other investments, so I haven't been in contact with management of recent. So "ALL shareholders will equally be entitled to the offer", has this come from management? or are these pretty reliable rumours going around?

If this is the case, I'll obviously be getting my share with a smile on my face :)

But if this isn't the case, and pure speculation, as I haven't seen anything on record to-date besides the disclosure previously posted, I would've thought if these sophisticated investors wanted to participate in the Entitlement offer, QPN wouldn't have a choice but to please them and provide them with first preference. Institutions will always be taken care of first before us non-sophisticated shareholders due to future CR opportunities.
