Hopefully it will be underwriting PLUS something else. Otherwise, why wait so long to make the announcement?
My guess now is that the announcement will come after 4.10 pm., giving the pommy friends a chance to put a base under the sp.
This would then give the locals all weekend to consider the implications of the announcement- which maybe will include a sweetener to attract the oppie holders?
